You have one day (24 hours) to either pack your Smartbox unit yourself or use the Smartbox removals team to pack for you and then we come and collect it. Your Smartbox is then stored in our secure storage facility.
If you need to access your belongings, you can simply call us with at least 24 hours notice and organise to come and visit at a time that suits you. When you require the return of your contents, we will bring your Smartbox back to you. YOu will once again have the choice of unpacking the Smartbox yourslef or using the Smartbox team.
